Create your own UNIQUE tag design by choosing your own font and symbols from our images OR send us your own vectors.
Please leave a note at checkout with your custom text, paying special attention to spellings and use of capital letters as it will be engraved exactly how you have stated.
If you do not state any symbol or decoration WE WILL NOT ENGRAVE ANY and your tag will only have text engraved.

If you select a fancy font for the name then we will use a easy to read font on the contact information for best clarity as fancy fonts ie: pixie ring, betharia, chin up buttercup do not look clear on postcodes and numbers.

●●It is law●● in the uk to provide your surname, house number / name, postcode and telephone number for dogs.
For cats and outside of the UK there is no law.

SHIPPING TIMES

At busy times our turnaround may be anything up to 7 days for dispatch but this will be shown as the date given at the time of purchase. Most of the time we dispatch between 1 and 3 working days.

DELIVERY WITHIN THE UK.

We post using Royal Mail 48 but there is options to upgrade at checkout to either Royal Mail 24 or Special delivery. This only upgrades the actual postage, it does not help you jump the que and we do orders in order of purchase.

DELIVERY INTERNATIONALLY

Can and OFTEN DOES take up to 4 weeks to arrive with you. We ship using international standard shipping which DOES NOT include tracking. We recommend upgrading at checkout if you require tracking.

Care of your ID tag.

We use the best quality blanks and split rings that we can find on the market so please be assured that your tag should have a lifetime of use.
However, we realise that sometimes accidents happen and some tags get scratched up quicker than others, particularly on puppies. We recommend attaching your tag to the ring furthest from the buckle to prevent scratching, particularly on collars with metal buckles.
If you bend your split ring trying to get it on a thick D ring DO NOT attach the tag as it may fall off.
